Payment Methods

PAYMENT IN ADVANCE

To pay for your order in advance, please transfer the payment within 10 days. For this time the products are reserved for you. The amount payable is the cost of the goods and the postage costs. Please include your order number in the transfer details. You will receive the order number in your order confirmation email.

PAYMENT BY INVOICE

For payment by invoice the payment must be received within 14 days. The invoice is sent by email. Take your time to try on your order and then pay by bank transfer. Should you need to return any items you can adjust the payment to exclude the value of the items you have returned. If a payment has already been made for items which are returned, a refund will be transferred to the same bank account you used to pay.

Please take care to include the order no. in all bank transfers and to make a separate payment for each order. In this way your orders and payments are easy to identify.

Winshape reserves the right to decline the payment by invoice option following an unfavourable credit check.

DIRECT DEBIT

For a single direct debit payment we require your bank details including IBAN and BIC. The debit will be made when your order is processed. In the event of a return of one or more items, the refund will be made as a credit to the same bank account.

PAYPAL

You can pay us quickly and safely using Paypal. After placing your order you can go directly to the Paypal secure payment site. If you already have a Paypal account you can simply log in and pay. If you do not already have a Paypal account you can set one up or make a single payment as a guest user. As soon as the payment is credited, usually within minutes, your order will be processed. In the event of a return your Paypal account will be credited.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Your order will be handed over upon receipt of direct payment to the delivery service. For ths option there is an extra charge of €4,90 which is paid directly to the delivery service.

Please note that Cash On Delivery orders, which cannot be delivered, are returned to the Parcel shop for collection, these parcels cannot be left at an alternative address such as a neighbour.

CREDIT CARDS

A quick and easy way to pay is by credit card. We accept Mastercard and VISA. Your credit card details will be requested after the order is completed. The payment will be taken within three days.

Should you need to return items the refund will be made to your credit card account.

Your credit card details will be requested securely and the entire transaction will be processed through Cardprocess and Winshape will not save your credit card details. This high level of card security makes it completely safe to make your purchase using a credit card.

Winshape reserves the right to decline a particular payment method following an unfavourable credit check.
