Right to cancel order and withdraw from purchase contract

Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby consumers are private customers who conclude a legal transaction for purposes which are largely not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity:

Cancellation

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract and cancel your order within fourteen days without giving any reasons.

The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the date on which you or a third party that you designate, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last product in a contract of sale.

You can use the attached sample return form or the return slip in your parcel, but this is not mandatory. To comply with the time limit for returns, it is necessary that you notify us of the return before the end of the withdrawal period.

Refunds

If you cancel your order, we will refund to you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs, immediately and within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your withdrawal of this contract is made by us has been received. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no circumstance will you be charged for this refund. We may withhold the refund payment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier date.

Within Germany we bear the direct costs of returning the goods. In case of returns from countries outside Germany, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to a handling of them which is unsuitable for the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or early termination of the right of return

The right of return expires prematurely in the case of purchase and delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed following delivery.

General Information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please send the goods back to us in original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective repackaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that the packaging is adequately protected against transport damage.
2) Please do not post the goods back to us without postage stamps.
3) Please use the parcel service provider (DHL, GLS or Hermes), which was selected during the order process for the dispatch.
4) Please note that the aforementioned paragraphs 1-3 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
