Postage Costs

The cost of shipping depends on the delivery destination. We deliver the order to the address of your choice. The delivery address may differ from the billing address. Deliveries to PO boxes or to parcel pick up points (Packstation) are unfortunately not possible in all countries.

Deliveries within Germany:
The shipping within Germany is free for all orders.

Deliveries to Austria and the Netherlands:
The shipping is free for an order with a value of 60,00€ or more. If the order value of your order is less than 60.00€, shipping costs of 4.90€ will be charged.

Deliveries within the EU:
For an order value of 100.00€ or more we offer free shipping. Up to an order value of 99.99€ we charge shipping costs of 4.90€. Free return and free exchanges are not possible. However, the goods can be returned at your own expense. See also returns and exchanges.

Deliveries to Switzerland and Great Britain:
For orders up to 499.99€ (net order value) we will send the packages for 12.52€ net. For an order value of 500,00€ net value to 999,99€ net value, we will charge shipping cost of 16.72€ net. Deliveries above 1000,00€ are currently not possible. Free returns and free exchanges are excluded, however, the goods can be returned at your own expense. See also returns and exchanges.

Orders to Switzerland and Great Britain are automatically calculated without German VAT, as long as the shipping address is in Switzerland or in Graet Britain.

For all orders abroad: The shipping costs can not be reimbursed, even when the entire order is returned.
